Why Choose Ultimate Bath Systems?
At Ultimate Bath Systems we consider ourselves a “HYBRID” company.
Fifty years ago when you renovated your bath area the bathtub and walls were removed and a new bathtub was installed along with new tiles. Now a days it seems as though more and more of those bathtub liner companies are popping up everywhere, they cover your bathtub with a somewhat similar shaped piece of acrylic and then cover your walls with acrylic. What we do at Ultimate Bath Systems is a combination of the two scenarios.
Changing the tub like they did long ago is a great thing, once the tub is removed the squeaky sub-floor can be screwed down since it loosens up over the years and the “P” trap can be replaced. This is the part of the drain that gets clogged with hair and other things, the reason for changing the “P” trap is, in older homes “P” traps were not made of ABS therefore debris often built up on the inside restricting drain water flow and causing more clogs or the exact opposite quite often happens where the “P” trap gets so worn that drain water will leak through causing much more damage. These are all things that cannot be done if installing a bathtub liner.
They didn’t have acrylic panels long ago so they used tiles, there’s nothing wrong with the tiles themselves, it’s the grout between the tiles that grows mould and mildew and eventually decomposes causing your drywall to become water damaged. For this reason we at Ultimate Bath Systems use the finest of acrylic panels made in our very own acrylic thermoforming plant.
The combination of a new bathtub with acrylic walls not only makes us a “HYBRID” company it makes Ultimate Bath Systems the best choice for your bath area renovation. We will remove your bathtub, faucet and walls and supply and install a new bathtub or shower base, faucet, drywall, acrylic walls, ceiling panel, corner shelves and curtain rod or shower doors all in just ONE DAY and it comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
