While we Transform Your Bath, we make every effort to keep the disruption to a minimum so that you can live comfortably in your home during the project. Our transformation specialists will typically start between 7:30 – 8:00 and be out of the house by 5:00 every day. They will also clean up each day on the way out the door.

Unfortunately that is not possible with the way we are structured. As a licensed contractor we accept responsibility for building to current standards and codes. As an insured contractor we are bound by the requirements of the insurance company. To guarantee we meet the quality and safety standards we are responsible for, only our approved transformation specialists are allowed to work on the job.

We are able to move fixtures as long as they fit into the existing space. If moving a non-structural wall will enhance the finished product, we can also do that. If walls are structural, we will refer you to one of our trusted contractors.

Again, you have many choices. Let’s start at the beginning. One thing you do not get is any product that simply disguises the old by covering it up. One of the reasons you are reading this is because you are tired of the old. We get it out of there for you. We totally refurbish your bathroom. Our transformation specialists remove the existing cabinets, bath fixtures, light fixture, wall tile and flooring and dispose of them. We then begin the process of putting your customized bathroom together.

Our standard packages include many things others consider upgrades:

We don’t collect all of the money up front. We do collect a down payment at the time of contract because we order all the material for the job so we have it ready to go on the start day. We don’t collect the final payment until the job is complete.

We carry all the necessary insurance required by the building department. Any specialists required in the performance of the work are also required to carry insurance and required licenses. We will provide a copy with your signed contract. In order to be licensed and to pull a permit for remodeling, a contractor must have insurance. Not having insurance is another reason some ‘contractors’ will ask a homeowner to pull their own permit.

At Ultimate Bath Systems, we make every effort to ensure that doesn’t happen. Our goal is to have you 100% satisfied. After your initial selection with our design specialist, we go one step further and present you with pictures of the products you have chosen. This allows you to review your selections one more time prior to us ordering the product. We don’t order product or schedule a start date until you are sure of your decision and sign off on your product selection. Making changes after this won’t allow us to guarantee your completion date or pricing. By adhering to this policy we are able to deliver a finished product on time and on budget.

We provide a limited life-time warranty on the bath and shower area renovations.

Yes we do. There are several options available. We accept major credit cards and can offer six month same as cash. Please ask your design consultant what option may be best suited for you.
